On Friday, June 7, 2024, Marine Parents Travel Assistance sent Pamila, the Mother of a recruit, to San Diego for the recruit's graduation from Lima Company to become a Marine.
I raised my new Marine as a single mom, and it's such a great feeling to know that I somehow did something right. He looked at me and said, "Mom, the reason I am even here is because of you!"
