MPTA is Travel Assistance

We help fund a family member to attend boot camp graduation!
MPTA is Travel Assistance
Posted on 4/30/2026

The mission of our Travel Assistance program (MPTA) is to ensure every Marine Corps recruit has a loved one cheering them on at graduation by providing travel assistance to families in financial need—because no Marine should stand alone on their proudest day.

No Marine should have to stand alone on graduation day because their family couldn’t afford to be there. The clock is ticking for families in need—without your donation, some will miss this once-in-a-lifetime moment. Our Travel Assistance program bridges the gap, but we need your support today. Every dollar you give puts a family in the stands, cheering for their Marine. Don’t wait—donate today and change a Marine family's life forever.

For each boot camp graduation cycle, we raise money to fund our Travel Assistance program. Funds are used to reimburse a recruit's family members who meet our financial need requirements. Administrative costs for the program are funded through MarineParents.com. Recipients are not required to repay the travel costs.
